I'm trying to find a job out here in NH, and let me say it is stressfull. Putting your self out there and asking someone to give you a chance is sometimes more difficult than you would think and my job history at this point isn't looking great, either is my criminal record for that matter. Thankfulls I have already recieved an offer as a day time line cook at a fine dinning restaurant around here. But their is a chef job at an organic/vegetarian cafe that I really want and trying for as I speak. Sooooooooooo wish me luck. Thanks
Elijah: So glad you found your way to the Benrud Blog. Regarding the job hunt....it is stressful but the fact that you've already been offered a job speaks well for you -- despite the challenges. Be confident, work hard, and pace yourself -- no crazy quick decisions on the spot. Be cool. You're gonna do just fine. And you're making good life choices that will build a good, new foundation. Keep at it.
Still jealous that you and Asia went to that concert -- that's history, man. Amazing. Did you see Al Gore??
Sorry I haven't called you yet...it was so blasted hot last weekend I couldn't stand the thought of you working outside. That would have been cruel. Now, I just have to find some projects and some money. I did a little of the yardwork myself. But I'm sure I've got additional projects. Hang with me.
k? And yes, I bet Taos is probably viewing these posts as we write them. He's more computer savvy than most of us ludites.

hey! I'm here, waiting to mow your lawn. The rest of them are lacking in internet presence. You'd think we could at least get Taos on here!
Greetings from NH. "Life is not easy"
Wow the internet is an amazing invention. Who knew?
